Refund policy

Because our products are handwoven, each piece is typically one of a kind.  As our fabrics are pure with delicate weaves, every piece requires special care and handling.  As such, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges - All sales are final. 

As per health regulations, items such as Saree Shapers are classified as under garments.  As such, these items are also ineligible for refund or exchange.

Please note, product image colour may differ slightly than actual product colour due to factors such as photographic equipment, lighting sources and your device display settings.  Slight colour variations may occur between batches of the same product.

If you receive an item that appears to be incorrect or defective, please contact us at templeof6yards@gmail.com within 24 hours of your delivery.  Please be sure to include your name, Order ID, date of purchase, brief description of the issue and photos or video depicting the issue.  We will gladly review the matter and assist you as appropriate.
