Because our products are handwoven, each piece is typically one of a kind. As our fabrics are pure with delicate weaves, every piece requires special care and handling. As such, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges - All sales are final. 

As per health regulations, items such as Saree Shapers are classified as undergarments. As such, these items are ineligible for refund or exchange.

Please be sure to include your name, Order ID, date of purchase, brief description of the issue and photos or video depicting the issue.
