Shipping policy

Delivery Methods

For all domestic and international shipping methods, we work with Canada Post.  Your delivery method will be indicated and confirmed in the order confirmation email you receive following checkout.  Tracking details for your order will be included in your confirmation email.

For international shipments, the final stage of your order delivery will be completed by the domestic carrier servicing your local region.

 

Order Processing

We will begin processing your order once checkout and payment is complete.  Please allow 1-2 business days for in stock orders to be prepared for shipping. 

 

Shipping Times

Custom, bulk orders and pre-orders require approx. 4-6 weeks to create and deliver.  Shipping times vary depending on the destination.  Estimated shipping times will be shown on the Shipping page after your shipping information has been entered.

 

Shipping and Delivery Rates

Shipping rates shown are estimates calculated by Canada Post.  Shipping options and rates will be shown on the Shipping page after shipping information has been entered.  Shipping fees applied will depend on rates calculated and the selected Shipping method.

 

Duties and taxes

Duties, taxes or levies may be applied on international orders upon arrival at the destination country.  These may be applied at the sole discretion of customs authorities of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Local Pickup

Curbside pickup is available 7 days a week, 11am – 7pm.  Pickup orders are typically prepared within 24 hours of checkout.  We’ll notify you via email or SMS once your order is ready for pickup. 

 

Local Delivery

We’re working to make local delivery available within the GTA (Greater Toronto Area).  Once available, we’ll update this page with details on how we can serve you with this option.  Please check back again for more updates.
